At Practiko, we build products to last and stand behind them with a clear warranty. Most items come with a 5-year limited warranty on materials and workmanship. Soft goods, like fabric-based items, get a 2-year limited warranty. If there’s a problem with how it’s made, we’ll repair, replace, or refund it at no cost to you.    

WHAT YOU GET

• 5-Year Warranty: Includes products like the Otis Organizer System and Edge.

• 2-Year Warranty: Includes soft goods, such as Traypouch and Omni. Covers the whole item, lining not included.  

• This applies to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Regular wear and tear is fine—it happens. Damage from abuse or unusual use isn’t covered.

HOW IT WORKS
If we replace your product and your exact model isn’t available, we’ll provide a similar item of equal value and function. To make a claim, email us at hello@practiko.co (mailto:hello@practiko.co) with your proof of purchase—something like a receipt or order number. We’ll take care of the rest.  

WHY 5 YEARS AND 2 YEARS?
We give 5 years for products built to endure, like our hard goods. Soft goods face more wear from their fabric nature, so 2 years makes sense there. Both timelines reflect our belief in what we make and our commitment to you.
