US Returns

For orders placed on our webshop, returns can be processed within 14 days of receiving the delivery. Returned goods must be unused and returned in the condition in which they were shipped.

International Returns
For orders placed on our webshop, returns can be processed within 14 days of receiving the delivery.  Returned goods must be unused and returned in the condition in which they were shipped. Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping goods back to Practiko unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. Shipments rejected at customs due to customer request or refusal to pay duties are not considered to be a return.

Pre-Order Returns
All pre-orders made through our website can be canceled at any time prior to the shipping of the product, no questions asked.

Crowdfunding Orders
While we stand behind the quality of all of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on items received as Kickstarter or Indiegogo rewards. This is due to the heavy discount offered on crowdfunding campaigns, which is why we also don’t offer returns on discounted products. Furthermore, all the funds that come in through crowdfunding campaigns are previously committed to paying suppliers, marketing teams, and other costs involved in bringing the product to market.  We really appreciate your support and understanding, as your contribution helps us bring new products to life!

 

Make a Return
To make a return, please email hello@practiko.co and include your order number. Upon receiving the item in the condition in which it was shipped, we will process a full refund. We kindly ask for 3-5 business days upon receiving orders to process returns. Please note that on returns, the refund will not include the shipping cost and only the cost of the product can be refunded.

* If the product is used or damaged we reserve the right to reject the return. If the product is missing packaging or other components, a fee will be deducted to cover these parts, and an additional restocking fee will be applied.
